We began with one truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you get me or someone I'd trust at my own home. We're a family operation, so if a unit isn't up to standard, that's on us, and we make it right the same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before the trucks head out. When we say Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
